Meet the Doula

Welcome!

My name is Nicole and I am a labour and postpartum doula for growing families in Toronto and the GTA. I also teach childbirth education classes both in person and have a live online class for mom’s on bed rest or who can’t make it to other classes. I have a daughter who is just about three years old. It was during her pregnancy and birth that I was incredibly motivated to find how birth would be a part of my life. It is an honour and a humbling experience to be invited to attend someone’s birth or to be with them at home as they make that transition into new roles. Both allow you to be witness to moments of growth, change, surrender, and beauty.

My partner and I have lost two children due to ectopic pregnancies and I have recently been informed that my remaining fallopian tube is blocked. I have embarked on a journey to change my outcome without the use of IVF. I spend a great deal of time learning more about fertility, pregnancy, and birth as I travel through motherhood.
